Contact your Retail Service Provider (RSP) if you have a complaint or question about:
- UFB installation
- ordering UFB
- UFB products and pricing
- UFB billing
- UFB faults
If your RSP is a member of the Telecommunications Forum, they will be a signatory to the Customer Complaints Code. This has an associated Dispute Resolution Scheme which handles complaints about fibre services.
Contact your Local Fibre Company or Chorus if you have a question about:
- rollout timing and availability
- consents and rights of way
- service levels provided to retail service providers

If you’re in other New Zealand towns and cities in the UFB (Auckland, Waiheke Island, Pukekohe, Waiuku, Whakatane, Rotorua, Taupo, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, Feilding, Palmerston North, Levin, Masterton, Kapiti, Wellington, Nelson, Blenheim, Greymouth, Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Queenstown, Dunedin, Invercargill) your network is built by Chorus
